  • Added a new reminder system with the option to show reminders at program startup.

  • Added user-defined customizable documents to a new “Other Docs” tab on project screen. We added 5 sample documents (Notice to Proceed, Notice to Owner, Notice of Intent to Lien, Memorandum of Delay, Certificate of Completion) that can be customized and the user can create 3 more for a total of 8 documents.

  • Added a To-Do List screen with a report and log report and integrated it with the reminder system.

  • New List of Subcontractors report and more flexible Project Team report.

  • Added map/directions button to project screen, companies screen and contract address tab.

  • Added Send Email button on key parties tab to easily email selected parties of project team.

  • Added attachments tab to project. Can now attach and view files/pictures at project level.

  • Changed attachments so that if an external file is an image, the image is shown on the screen.

  • Can now print RTF attachments without printing from RTF editor. This allows you to print like any other report, and create PDF or RTF files.

  • When creating PDF files, you can automatically append plain/rich text attachments.

  • When emailing PDF or RTF files, you can automatically include external file attachments.
