I began working at this company
in October 2007 and am new to using the Quantum Project Manager, but I have
found that this software is extremely user friendly and easy to use and it makes
AIA billing go much more quickly and with less errors than doing it manually.
In regards to support, I am very
pleased with the speed in which I received a return call when i call the
technical support number and found that both of the technical support
representatives that I spoke to (Patty on Friday and Katherine on Monday) were
very helpful and made sure that they helped me resolve my problem in a quick and
efficient manner.
